Privacy Policy

This policy explains what happens to your data when you visit ph34.info (“PH34 Guide”). In short, this is a read-only information site. It has no accounts, no login, no registration, no contact form and no payments, so it never asks for your name, email address, phone number, ID or gambling account details.

  • Account data. There are no user accounts here, so the site collects no account data of any kind.
  • Messages. There is no contact form, no comment section and no newsletter sign-up.
  • Payment or gambling details. The site takes no deposits or bets, and it never asks for a casino username, password or one-time PIN.

PH34 Guide is not the PH33 website. It has no access to any PH33 account or to anything you do on that site.

Analytics

We use privacy-friendly first-party analytics (Plausible Community Edition, self-hosted at analytics.kr40.com) and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use this site: pages viewed, approximate region, device type, and optional session heatmaps and recordings. These tools do not sell your personal data for advertising. Plausible is designed to avoid cookies where possible; Clarity may set cookies for session analysis. In practice, Plausible counts page views in aggregate, and Clarity shows how a visit unfolds, such as scrolling, taps and the pages viewed. This site has no forms or login fields, so there is nothing for you to type here that a recording could capture.

Cookies and how to opt out

This site has no advertising and sets no advertising cookies. As described above, Microsoft Clarity may set cookies in your browser for session analysis. When we tested the site on October 7, 2026, Clarity set cookies from Microsoft's clarity.ms and c.bing.com domains, including ones named CLID and MUID. Our hosting provider may also set cookies that are strictly necessary for security.

You can block cookies, or the analytics scripts themselves, in your browser settings or with a content blocker. The guide reads exactly the same without them.

Hosting and technical logs

The site is delivered through Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the page you requested in order to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. It may also provide aggregate traffic and performance figures.

Links to other websites

The guide links to PAGCOR and to gambling-help services. Those websites have their own privacy policies, and this policy does not cover them.

Adults only: 21 and over

This site discusses gambling and is written for adults aged 21 and over. It is not directed at minors.

Your rights

If you are in the Philippines, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) gives you rights over your personal data, including the rights to be informed, to access your data and to have it corrected, erased or blocked. The National Privacy Commission oversees that law.

Because this site has no accounts and no contact form, it holds no profile under your name to look up or delete. The most direct way to stop analytics collection is to block the scripts as described above.
